SLURM has fixed 3 vulnerabilities, including one CVE-2022-29500 in the 
authentication handling which may allow an unprivileged user to impersonate 
the SlurmUser account. Access to the SlurmUser account can be used to
execute arbitrary processes as root.  At least this first vulnerability 
is considered 'CRITICAL'. [R 1]

All running resources MUST be either patched or have mitigation
in place or software removed by 2022-05-13  00:00 UTC
